Sulley Muntari switches Milan clubs

Former Portsmouth midfielder Sulley Muntari has left Inter Milan and joined city rivals AC Milan on loan until the end of the season.

The 27-year-old has struggled for regular appearances this season, having started just four matches.

Inter signed Muntari from Pompey in 2008 for a fee believed to be around £11m.

He will join a club that has endured a number of injuries in midfield in recent weeks, with Merkel Gennaro Gattuso and Alberto Aquilani all currently on the sidelines.
