England batsman Alex Hales is a doubt for tomorrow's third Test against South Africa as he reportedly has a stomach bug.

Hales opened the batting alongside Alastair Cook in the last two Tests, but it is not clear whether the 27-year-old will be fit to feature in Johannesburg tomorrow.
