Angus Fraser backs Andy Flower to continue as England coach

Angus Fraser backs Andy Flower to continue as England team director following The Ashes disaster.

Former England seamer Angus Fraser believes that Andy Flower is the right man to turn the nation's fortunes around.

The future of the current team director has been up in the air, but the 45-year-old has claimed that he will continue with his role within the England setup.

"I'm very much in the yes camp," Fraser told BBC Radio Five Live. "Andy Flower is a top, top man, great values. He's done an excellent job with England over the last few years.

"If I had my son in the system and wanted him to be managed and developed by a person, I'd be very happy if that person was Andy Flower."

England fell to a 5-0 whitewash in The Ashes over the weekend after Australia beat their opponents by 281 runs in Sydney.
