John Wall warned by NBA

Washington Wizards point guard John Wall has received a warning from the NBA for flopping in the season opener against the Detroit Pistons.

Wall fell to the court as Kyle Singler ran past him on Wednesday night, and has now become the first player to receive a warning this season, according to Pro Basketball Talk.

The 23-year-old will receive a fine if he is found guilty of a repeat offence in the coming weeks.

Wall missed 33 games through injury last season.
