LaMarcus Aldridge: "We missed a lot of shots"

Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge admits that the team "missed a lot of shots" during their defeat to the San Antonio Spurs.

LaMarcus Aldridge has admitted that the Portland Trail Blazers "missed a lot of shots" during their 114-97 defeat to the San Antonio Spurs.

Aldridge and Damian Lillard had 43 shots between them, but combined for just 35 points as they tried to prevent the Spurs from opening up a 2-0 lead in the series.

The forward told reporters: "We missed a lot of shots. I definitely wasn't in a good rhythm tonight. I missed two dunks and four or five layups, so if those shots go in, then the whole game is different."

Portland will play their first home game of the series when the teams meet again tomorrow.
