Kevin Love: 'We're not looking too far ahead'

Kevin Love believes that there is no need to look too far ahead after the Minnesota Timberwolves won their third successive game.

Kevin Love has claimed that the Minnesota Timberwolves will not be getting too excited after they stretched their winning run to three games on Sunday night.

The Timberwolves extended their unbeaten streak by beating the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden but Love is eager to calm expectations due to his side's bad luck with injuries last season.

"We don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves because of the injuries," the 25-year-old told reporters after the game.

"So don't want to live in the past, don't want to live too far in the future, we just want to try to plan for Cleveland tomorrow."

Love scored 34 points and claimed 15 rebounds in the victory over the Knicks.
