Sanders ruled out with eye injury

The Milwaukee Bucks have confirmed that Larry Sanders will miss the rest of the season with an eye injury.

The center sustained a fractured orbital bone last month after Houston Rockets forward James Harden elbowed him in the face.

The Central Division side have now confirmed that Sanders, who underwent surgery after picking up the injury, will not be able to return before the end of the campaign.

The 25-year-old has averaged 7.7 points per game this season.
