Taj Gibson denies Chicago Bulls starter reports

Chicago Bulls power forward Taj Gibson denies reports that he has been told to prepare as a starter for the team next season.

Taj Gibson has dismissed reports that he has been asked to prepare to be a starter with the Chicago Bulls next season.

The Chicago Sun Times claimed that Gibson had been told to prepare to be starting in place of Carlos Boozer during the 2014-15 campaign.

However, the power forward wrote on Twitter: "Nobody told me anything, this is why I don't talk to media."

Gibson played in all 82 regular season games for the Bulls this campaign, but started just eight.
