Terrell Thomas delighted with comeback season

New York Giants cornerbacker Terrell Thomas reveals that he is just glad to be fit again after missing back-to-back seasons with ACL tears.

New York Giants cornerbacker Terrell Thomas has revealed that he is delighted to be fit again after enduring long spells on the sidelines in recent years.

Thomas sustained two ACL tears which ruled him out of the 2011 and 2012 season, but he has bounced back this year to play in all of his side's 14 games so far this season.

"It's been a struggle, it's been a grind but the one thing I've always counted on is just my faith and just being blessed to play this game again," Thomas told reporters.

"No matter how hard it got, I just said, 'You know what, you could be at home playing Xbox, miserable like I've been the last two years.'"

Thomas has made 62 tackles, one sack and one interception this season.
