The New Orleans Saints will reportedly be without running back Mark Ingram for a month as the 24-year-old sustains a hand injury in his side's loss to the Cleveland Browns.

New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram could miss the next month of the season due to injury, according to a report.

The 24-year-old sustained a hand injury in his side's last-gasp defeat to the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, in a match where he scored a fourth-quarter touchdown and ran for 83 yards.

Ingram is scheduled to miss the Saints' matches against the Minnesota Vikings, the Dallas Cowboys and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, claims ESPN.

The running back has rushed for 143 yards on 24 carries this season and three touchdowns.
