Bode Miller pulls out of Olympics due to injury

United States skier Bode Miller confirms that he will miss the remainder of the Winter Olympics due to a knee injury.

United States skier Bode Miller has revealed that he will be out for the remainder of the Winter Olympics due to injury.

The 36-year-old tweaked his left knee during Wednesday's giant slalom, which was won by compatriot Ted Ligety.

"I'm bummed I'm out for the slalom, I wanted a miracle. Thank you all for the amazing support, it's been incredible," Miller said on Twitter.

Miller finished 20th in the giant slalom.
