Queen's champion Grigor Dimitrov began his quest for a Wimbledon title with a straight-sets victory over Ryan Harrison this afternoon.

The Bulgarian, who won the Aegon Championships on grass just over a week ago, opened the match with a service-hold to love and that would be the pattern of the first set as neither man looked in any trouble on serve.

A tie-break was required to separate them and Dimitrov won it convincingly 7-1 to break Anderson's resistance.

After that, it was a little easier for the 23-year-old as he broke America's Anderson twice in both the second and third set, which he won 6-3 and 6-2 respectively, to advance in London.

Dimitrov, who has never progressed further than the second round at SW19, next plays either Luke Saville or Dominic Thiem.
