Dave Phillipson loses in the third round of the wheelchair tennis to Japan's Shingo Kunieda.

ParalympicsGB's Dave Phillipson has been beaten in the third round of the wheelchair tennis by Japan's Shingo Kunieda.

It was a big ask for Phillipson to get through as he was up against the number one in the world Kunieda.

Indeed the first set was over in just 15 minutes, Kunieda wrapping up a 6-0 win.

The Brit managed to avoid the double-bagel by taking two games off his illustrious opponent in the second, but he went down after 34 minutes 6-2 to give Kunieda a 2-0 win overall.
