Sir Clive Woodward: 'New Zealand are beatable'

Sir Clive Woodward says that New Zealand are beatable despite winning all their matches in 2013.

Sir Clive Woodward has insisted that the current New Zealand team is not the best of all time despite winning every match in 2013.

The All Blacks left it late in a dramatic battle in Dublin on Sunday that saw a last-gasp try and conversion retake give them a 24-22 win over Ireland.

"I think it was important for world rugby because this is a very good New Zealand team but it's not the best New Zealand team of all time, and they're certainly beatable," Woodward told BBC Sport.

"Yes, they've won every game this year, but I just feel Ireland showed the world you can beat this team. Even with Ireland losing, it's great for world rugby and for the World Cup in a couple of years' time."

Woodward won the World Cup with England in 2003.
