Darren Moore makes two changes as West Bromwich Albion host Swansea City this afternoon.

West Bromwich Albion have made two changes to their starting lineup as they host Swansea City this afternoon.

Matt Philips and James McClean are handed starts in place of Jonny Evans and the benched Claudio Yacob as Darren Moore takes caretaker charge following Alan Pardew's departure from The Hawthorns.

The change in leadership came in the wake of an eighth loss on the trot for the Baggies, who remain rooted to the bottom of the table.

Visiting manager Carlos Carvalhal also opts for a pair of alterations from the Swans' last match, a 2-0 defeat to Manchester United a week ago.

Tammy Abraham is recalled to lead the attack and Tom Carroll also starts as Ki Sung-yeung and Nathan Dyer find themselves among the substitutes.

West Bromwich Albion: Foster; Nyom, Dawson, Hegazy, Gibbs; McClean, Livermore, Brunt, Phillips; Rodriguez, Rondon
Subs: Myhill, Yacob, Burke, Krychowiak, McAuley, Harper, Leko

Swansea City: Fabianski; Mawson, Van der Hoorn, Fernandez, Naughton; Clucas, Carroll, King, Olsson, A. Ayew; Abraham
Subs: Mulder, Ki, Narsingh, Dyer, Routledge, Bartley, Roberts
