West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke has selected Shane Long ahead of Romelu Lukaku in his starting lineup against Southampton tonight.

Meanwhile, the Saints will have attacking midfielder Gaston Ramirez back in the team, and he will be expected to create chances for forwards Rickie Lambert and Jay Rodriguez.
