Angel Rangel: 'Swansea City not safe yet'

Angel Rangel warns his Swansea teammates that they are not yet safe from relegation ahead of this weekend's Premier League clash with fellow strugglers West Brom.

Swansea City defender Angel Rangel has warned his teammates that they are not yet safe from relegation ahead of this weekend's Premier League clash with fellow strugglers West Bromwich Albion.

The Swans are currently four points above the drop zone, while West Brom are clear of danger only on goal difference.

"We need to work hard and make sure we stay up - that's the target," Rangel is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "Who knows how many [points] we will need?

"We have a lot of games at home against teams around us, which is the most important thing: the next one is West Brom and that's going to be a massive game for us."

Swansea welcome West Brom to the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.
