Preview: Tottenham Hotspur vs. Southampton

Sports Mole previews the Premier League encounter between Tottenham Hotspur and Southampton.

Tottenham Hotspur will welcome back as many as four players as they attempt to record their first victory in five games.

Tim Sherwood's side were missing at least half-a-dozen first-team players for their trip to Benfica on Thursday evening, but Younes Kaboul, Jan Vertonghen, Mousa Dembele and Emmanuel Adebayor will return for the visit of Southampton.

However, captain Michael Dawson is likely to remain on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.

Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino has witnessed his team record back-to-back league victories for the first time since October.

Wins over Crystal Palace and Norwich City respectively have taken the Saints closer to overhauling Manchester United in the standings.

Jack Cork and Victor Wanyama are missing through injury, while midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin is a doubt due to a muscle problem.
