The Cottagers have recorded a number of positive tests, the PA news agency understands.

Fulham have recorded a number of positive tests in the club's latest round of Covid-19 testing, the PA news agency understands.

The Whites were set to visit Tottenham on Wednesday and while preparations for that fixture continue, it will be dependent on the results of the players and staff at Craven Cottage who are yet to receive their results.

In this week's round of testing before the midweek fixtures, the PA news agency understands Fulham recorded a number of positive tests to cast doubt over their London derby with Spurs.

Manager Scott Parker revealed in his press conference on Tuesday he had tested negative on Sunday to ensure he was able to return to the training ground at the start of this week after a period of self-isolation.

The 40-year-old missed the goalless draw with Southampton on Boxing Day after a member of his household tested positive for coronavirus.

Yet with Fulham understood to have a number of tests returning positives results on Tuesday afternoon, the match with Tottenham could now join Manchester City and Everton's fixture, which had been due to take place on Monday, in being postponed.
