Stalemate between Reims and Brest

Reims and Brest are unable to find the net in their Ligue 1 encounter.

Reims and Brest have played out a stalemate in Ligue 1 with neither side to break the deadlock.

Reims started well and could have taken a first-minute lead through Bocundji Ca, however Alexis Thebaux was alert to make the save.

Nicolas Fauvergue could have opened the scoring when he rose highest from a corner but he could not divert the ball on target.

Brest started to come into the game and in the 27th minute Benoit Lesoimier had a chance, however he put his shot wide of goal.

The away side were inches away from breaking the deadlock on 53 minutes, but Lesoimier was unlucky to see his effort come back off the bar.

Floyd Ayite twice missed the target for Reims as the game drew to a close, but there was to be no winner and the points were shared.
