Roy Hodgson casting an eye on Nathan Redmond?

A report claims that Roy Hodgson is closely watching the performance of Norwich City winger Nathan Redmond in the playoff final, with an England call-up in the pipeline.

England manager Roy Hodgson is said to be casting a close eye on the performance of Nathan Redmond in this afternoon's Championship playoff final.

The Three Lions boss has already named his squad for upcoming fixtures against the Republic of Ireland and Slovenia, but The Telegraph claims that he is now looking ahead to the next set of games later this year.

Redmond made a lively start to the showpiece final at Wembley, scoring with 15 minutes on the clock to double his side's advantage, which stands at 2-0 on the hour mark.

Twice capped England Under-21s international Patrick Bamford is also involved, as is fellow Three Lions hopeful Ben Gibson.
