Team News: Darren Bent starts for Aston Villa

Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert hands Darren Bent a starting role against Norwich City.

Darren Bent has been included in the Aston Villa starting lineup for this evening's League Cup clash at Norwich City.

The England international has spent the last few weeks on the bench but today he will partner Christian Benteke.

Meanwhile, Shay Given has replaced Brad Guzan in goal for visiting Villa.

Norwich have recalled Steve Morison into their starting lineup. The Welsh international will play alongside Grant Holt in attack.
