Nancy come back from a losing position twice to draw 2-2 with Lille in their Ligue 1 clash.

Nancy and Lille shared the points in a thrilling 2-2 draw in this evening's Ligue 1 clash.

Lille got off to the best possible start, taking the lead in the first minute through striker Nolan Roux.

Nancy began to push forward in search of an equaliser and came close when Djamel Bakar headed towards goal, though his effort was just wide.

Romain Grange then brought the home side level, finishing from a Massadio Haidara assist to make it 1-1.

Lille restored their lead on 32 minutes after a fine finish from Dimitri Payet, who was set up well by Florent Balmont.

Nolan Roux had the opportunity to make it three in the second half, but his shot was well blocked by the Nancy defence.

Grange had the chance to equalise for Nancy on the hour mark, but his shot was off target.

The home side grabbed a second equaliser through Thomas Ayasse to draw level at 2-2 after 82 minutes.
