Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly make a bid for Manchester United's England international Wayne Rooney this sumer.

Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly make a bid for Manchester United's England international Wayne Rooney this summer.

PSG already have the attacking likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Lucas Moura and Ezequiel Lavezzi at the their disposal but, according to The Times, the rich Qatari owners want a strike partner for Swede Ibrahimovic.

Rooney, 27, will enter the last two years of his contract at Old Trafford in the summer but United would be expecting a bid of at least £40m, the paper reports.

The England frontman is said to be the highest-earning Red Devil.
