Lorient equalise late on against Reims

Reims battle to a 2-2 draw away to Lorient in Ligue 1.

A Pedrinho goal at the death has given Lorient a deserved share of the spoils against Reims.

The visitors started strongly and got themselves ahead after just six minutes when Odair Fortes scored after being set up by Gaetan Courtet.

Lorient came forward looking for the equaliser but the Reims defence remained solid and limited their hosts to just a series of corners.

Benjamin Corgnet did manage a shot on target in the 21st minute, but Kossi Agassa was equal to his shot.

Just three minutes after the start of the second half Maxime Barthelme finished well to pull Lorient level.

It was then all Lorient as Kevin Monnet-Paquet and then Ludovic Giuly could not find the target with their efforts.

However, the visitors went ahead for the second time in the 70th minute through a Courtet strike.

Then Pedrinho was found by Jeremie Aliadiere to equalise late on.
