Sassuolo have reached an agreement with Juventus to renew their co-ownership of Domenico Berardi.

The 19-year-old found the back of the net 16 times for the Neroverdi last season to help them preserve their top-flight status.

There had been speculation that he would return to Juventus for the forthcoming season, but Sassuolo have extended his stay at the club until June 30, 2015.

Sassuolo have also renewed their co-ownership of Luca Marrone, while Simone Zaza has been purchased from the Bianconeri on a permanent basis.
