Juventus rest Leonardo Bonucci

Juventus leave Leonardo Bonucci out of their squad for Saturday's Serie A clash with Parma, resting him for Champions League action next week.

Juventus coach Antonio Conte has decided to leave defensive linchpin Leonardo Bonucci out of his squad for tomorrow night's Serie A clash with Parma.

Conte has opted to rest Bonucci ahead of next week's crucial Champions League clash with Real Madrid, with the Bianconeri boss opting to rotate in the league after a poor start to their European campaign.

Bonucci, who was on target in Wednesday's 4-0 win over Catania, will be replaced by either Martin Caceres or Angelo Ogbonna, while Fabio Quagliarella is available after recovering from a muscle strain.

The Old Lady trail Serie A leaders Roma by five points heading into this weekend's action, despite losing just one of their first 10 league games.
