Suspended Chelsea captain John Terry will not be allowed to lift the Champions League trophy if his side wins next month's final.

The defender will miss the match after he was red-carded during Tuesday's semi-final win over Barcelona.

UEFA rules mean that any banned players are not able to take part in the presentation ceremony.

Raul Meireles, Branislav Ivanovic and Ramires are also suspended for the match against Bayern Munich on Saturday, April 19.
