Team News: Ricardo Carvalho back for Monaco

Monaco recall defender Ricardo Carvalho for the Ligue 1 match with Caen.

Ricardo Carvalho has returned to the AS Monaco starting lineup for their Ligue 1 clash away to Caen.

Coach Leonardo Jardim has resisted the urge to rest the Portuguese defender, who has missed the club's last two games, ahead of the Champions League tie with Juventus.

However, Bulgarian forward Dimitar Berbatov is named among the substitutes, with youngster Anthony Martial leading the line for AS.

Lacina Traore and Tiemoue Bakayoko remain long-term injury absentees for Monaco.

Caen are without Yrondu Musavu-King for the game at the Stade Michel D'Ornano, but manager Patrice Garande has few other injury concerns, with Emiliano Sala leading the hosts' attack.
