Lucien Favre predicts that Werder Bremen will work hard off the ball against his team at the weekend.

Borussia Monchengladbach coach Lucien Favre is anticipating a tricky game when his side host Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga on Saturday afternoon.

Favre said that the Bremen defence is well-organised, but his players must also be wary of the threat that they pose on the counter.

"It's going to be hard work," Favre told Bundesliga.com. "Bremen run, fight and are very well organised. When they lose possession, all of their players get back.

"We've got to ensure we don't lose our organisation when we attack them. It's important that we find the right balance quickly."

Gladbach and Bremen are 10th and sixth in the Bundesliga respectively.
