Arsenal team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Wolverhampton Wanderers

Sports Mole rounds up Arsenal's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Saturday's Premier League encounter with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Arsenal play host to Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon looking for a positive response to two disappointing results.

Three days after letting slip a two-goal advantage against Crystal Palace, the Gunners bowed out of the EFL Cup to Liverpool in a penalty shooutout, despite holding a winning position in the first and second halves.

In their first home game since Granit Xhaka's angry reaction to being substituted against the Eagles last weekend, Unai Emery is now eager for his players to provide the club's supporters with a strong performance against the West Midlands outfit.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest injury and suspension news for Arsenal ahead of the contest in North London.

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: November 23 (vs. Southampton)

Nelson has spent the last few weeks on the sidelines with a knee injury, which is expected to keep him out until the middle of November. The England Under-21 international will hope to be back in contention for the Premier League clash with Southampton on November 23.

ARSENAL'S SUSPENSION LIST

Arsenal have no players who are suspended for the fixture at the weekend.
