The Green Bay Packers confirm that they have placed wide receiver Randall Cobb on their injured reserve designated to return list.

The Green Bay Packers have announced that they have placed wide receiver Randall Cobb on their injured reserve designated to return list.

Cobb sustained a suspected broken fibula during his side's win over the Baltimore Ravens after taking a tackle from safety Matt Elam.

Head coach Mike McCarthy confirmed that the receiver will be out for multiple weeks, and as a result the club have placed him on the IR return list to open up a roster spot.

The Packers are 3-2 in their season after week six of their season.
