Baltimore Ravens' John Harbaugh defends fourth down decision

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh defends his decision not to kick a field goal on fourth down in his side's defeat to the Green Bay Packers.

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has defended his side's decision to go for it on fourth down against the Green Bay Packers.

The Ravens' offense was stopped on third down and goal on the one-yard line, and instead of kicking a field goal, Harbaugh opted to go for the touchdown but his side were stopped by the Packers' defense.

This proved to be crucial as the Ravens slumped to a two-point defeat to Mike McCarthy's side.

"I like our chances there," Harbaugh told CSN Baltimore.

"If you don't make it, you've got them backed up on their (one-yard line) and feel really good about making them punt out of their own end zone. I think it was a good decision there."

The Ravens are 3-3 in their season following their loss in week six.
