Norway's Grace Bullen satisfied with bronze in women's 58kg freestyle wrestling

Norway wrestler Grace Bullen insists that she can only improve in her event after taking a bronze medal in the women's 58kg freestyle at the European Games.

Norway's Grace Bullen has targeted an improvement in the future despite securing a bronze medal in the women's 58kg freestyle wrestling as the youngest competitor in the event.

The 18-year-old secured a 5-0 win over Azerbaijan's Irina Netreba in just 54 seconds at the Heydar Aliyev Arena, winning her country's first medal of the European Games in the process.

She told reporters: "It feels really good, but I will try to get even higher next time. I only won one fight today so for me I don't really see it as a big win, but I'm here to show people who I am and I think I've done that today.

"It feels great, because I've always heard that age means a lot in wrestling, that I'm young and have to wait to start performing, but I think I've shown that I can deliver even though I'm young."

Hungary's Emese Barka won the gold medal in the event.
