American skier Gus Kenworthy refuses to leave Sochi without adopted dogs

American slopestyle skier Gus Kenworthy has refused to leave the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi without the puppies he has adopted, according to reports.

The silver medallist had planned to leave Sochi on Monday but has postponed his trip to complete all the paperwork needed to take the dogs with him, according to The AP.

Kenworthy will have the dogs vaccinated upon his return to the United States.
