Christie: 'I can't guarantee medal'

Great Britain short track speed skater Elise Christie has played down her hopes of winning a medal at the 2014 Winter Olympic games.

Christie is one of Team GB's top medal hopes in Sochi, as she goes in three races in her event in the 500m, 1,000m and 1,500m.

She told BBC Sport: "I can't base my dreams on an Olympic medal because so many things can go wrong on the day."

The 23-year-old retained her European title earlier this year in the 1,000m when she beat rival Jorien ter Mors.
