Andy Murray is knocked out of the Canada Masters by Kevin Anderson.

Andy Murray has been dismissed from the Rogers Cup by Kevin Anderson, who scored a 6-3 6-1 victory.

The Scot dropped his first service game of the match and never recovered, conceding the first set 6-3.

He suffered a worse fate in the second set, winning only one game to make their career encounter record 1-1.

After enjoying a first-round bye before facing the South African, Murray was aiming for his third consecutive Canada Masters title.
