Rafael Nadal advances in Indian Wells

Rafael Nadal has advanced to the third round of the BNP Paribas Open after he beat Ryan Harrison in straight sets.

The match started evenly and the first set had to be decided by a tie-breaker, which the Spaniard won 7-3 to claim the first set 7-6.

Nadal kicked on from his success and began to dominate the match, as he broke the American twice on his way to winning the second set 6-2.

The Spaniard will play Argentina's Leonardo Mayer in the third round.
