Marin Cilic wins Delray Beach Open

Marin Cilic beat Kevin Anderson 7-6 6-7 6-4 to win the Delray Beach Open on Sunday.

Playing in his third consecutive final, having lost in Rotterdam last week after winning his fourth Zagreb Indoors title seven days earlier, the Croatian secured victory in just over three hours.

In a match dictated by the server, Cilic hit 16 aces and produced eight double faults. Meanwhile, fourth seed and 2012 champion Anderson served up 18 aces and 12 double faults.

Top seeds Bob and Mike Bryan won the doubles final, defeating Frantisek Cermak and Mikhail Elgin 6-2 6-3.
