Roger Federer breezes into Rome Masters semi-finals

Federer breezes into Rome semis

Roger Federer will face Novak Djokovic in the semi-finals of the Rome Masters after the world number three beat Andreas Seppi in straight sets.

Federer was in dominant form in the opening set as he brushed aside the Italian 6-1.

The world number 30 rarely troubled the 16-time Grand Slam winner in the second, and Federer saw him off 6-2 to close out the match in under an hour.

The Swiss will meet world number one Djokovic on Saturday for a place in Sunday's final.
