Andy Murray to take on Robin Haase in Basle

Andy Murray will take on Robin Haase in the first round of the Swiss Indoors tournament in Basle.

The Scot, who has been included as a wildcard, decided to play the tournament instead of the Valencia Open.

Dutchman Haase beat the world number three in 2008 and was two sets up against his opponent at the US Open before the Brit fought back to win.

Murray won his last three tournaments in Bangkok, Tokyo and Shanghai on his way to overtaking Roger Federer in the world rankings.
