Murray to make French Open decision next week

Andy Murray has revealed that he will decide on his French Open participation on Wednesday following problems with a back injury.

The US Open champion was forced to retire during his second-round match at the Rome Masters against Marcel Granollers earlier this week.

The Scot is due to meet with specialists before he announces whether he will be playing at Roland Garros later this month.

The second Grand Slam of the season gets underway in Paris on May 21.
