Great Britain win Davis Cup tie

Great Britain have taken an unassailable 3-0 lead in their Davis Cup tie with Hungary at the Braehead Arena in Glasgow.

Colin Fleming and Ross Hutchings teamed up to win the doubles rubber 6-3 6-4 6-4 against Attila Balazs and Kornel Bardoczky.

The win means Britain have earned promotion to the Europe/Africa Group One of the Davis Cup.

Meanwhile, Davis Cup captain Leon Smith is confident that Andy Murray will continue to play Davis Cup tennis despite his busy schedule.

"In terms of winning matches, we need Andy. He makes a pivotal difference but you've still got to respect his schedule because he's going deep in every slam," said Smith.

"We'll speak next year and see how it fits in but he's really enjoyed it, he's been a great part of it and he loves Davis Cup. The signs are positive that he wants to play next year."

Murray won his singles match 6-0 6-2 7-6 against Sebo Kiss on Friday.
