Andy Murray wins Cincinnati Open

Andy Murray has won the Cincinnati Open after Novak Djokovic retired through injury during the second set of their final.

The world number one was out of sorts from the start, making a number of unforced errors on the way to losing the first set 6-4.

Murray began the second brighter and was winning 3-0 before Djokovic conceded the match.

It is the world number four's 18th career singles title.
