Jones urges Wales to "be bold" against France

Ryan Jones has said that Wales must "be bold" when they take on France in the Six Nations on Saturday.

Jones will captain his country for the 30th time after Sam Warburton was ruled out of the game in Paris with a shoulder injury.

Jones, who played in Wales's last away victory over France eight years ago, believes that Saturday's match will be a special occasion.

"Paris is a wonderful place to go, it's a great rugby arena," Jones told Wales Online.

"There is nothing quite like playing France in Paris, it's loud, it's noisy.

"Something we have tried to instil in the guys this week is to look forward to it, be bold and let's have a real good crack."

Wales were defeated 30-22 by Ireland in their opening Six Nations match last week.
