Samoa’s Eliota Fuimaono-Sapolu blasts IRB

Samoa centre Eliota Fuimaono-Sapolu uses Twitter to blast the IRB .

Samoa centre Eliota Fuimaono-Sapolu is likely to face an International Rugby Board investigation after he took to Twitter to criticise the organisation.

The Gloucester man raged against the IRB over the turnaround time between Samoa’s victory over Namibia and their 17-10 loss to Wales.

"IRB, stop exploiting my people. Please, all we ask is fairness. If they get a week, give us a week. Simple," he wrote.

"Ok, it's obvious the IRB are unjust. Wales get seven days, we get three,” he added. “Unfair treatment, like slavery, like the holocaust, like apartheid. Give Wales three days off, and give Samoa a week! We would kill them!"

Players at the World Cup are subject to a strict code of conduct, which includes the use of social media.

Fuimaono-Sapolu found himself in hot water with Gloucester and the RFU earlier this year after using Twitter to criticise Saracens.
