Team News: All Blacks risk McCaw and Carter for Canada match

New Zealand name Dan Carter and Richie McCaw for their final Pool A clash with Canada.

New Zealand have chosen to start star fly-half Dan Carter and captain Richie McCaw for Sunday's clash with Canada, despite having already secured the Pool A top spot.

Mils Muliaina returns at fullback for his 99th Test, while Israel Dagg moves to the wing, Sonny Bill Williams comes in at inside centre and scrum-half Jimmy Cowan wins his 50th Test start.

In the forwards, Kieran Read gets his first start of the tournament after returning from injury, while Andrew Hore is named at hooker and Ali Williams comes in at lock.
