Richie McCaw to miss final Bledisloe Cup Test

New Zealand captain Richie McCaw has been ruled out of the final Bledisloe Cup match against Australia with a calf injury.

The All Blacks face the Wallabies at the Otago Regional Stadium in Dunedin on Saturday having already secured victory in the three-match series.

Winger Cory Jane has also been sidelined with a hamstring strain.

Sam Cane and Charles Piutau have been named in the lineup, with Keiran Reid named as the stand-in skipper.
