Ireland head coach Declan Kidney has handed fly-half duties to Ronan O'Gara for the team's clash with Italy on Sunday.
O'Gara is joined in the half-backs by Munster teammate Conor Murray in the only changes to the Irish side that beat Australia 15-6 two weeks ago.
