Henry: 'No easy games at Rugby World Cup'

Ireland's Chris Henry has admitted that there are "no easy games" at the Rugby World Cup after the Six Nations champions set up a quarter-final with Argentina.

Joe Schmidt's side defeated France 24-9 at the Millennium Stadium, ensuring that they finish top in Pool D and avoid a last-eight clash with reigning champions New Zealand.

After the match, the back row told Sports Mole: "Of course, it's going to take it's toll on everyone. There's no easy games in this tournament any more and ultimately there's going to be injuries picked up along the way as we've seen with the likes of Wales so the tournament's getting more competitive, and Ireland, we want to be up at the top table and that's what we're trying to do at the moment.

"I think it's the strongest Ireland team we've had in a long time. I think we're in a better place than we were four years ago, I think we've had two good Six Nations behind us.

"We try to build a squad mentality. That's the way it's been the last two years, we're not relying on a couple of players the way it used to be. There's so many variables. There's still a long, long way to go. It's all about now, regrouping quickly and getting ready for next week."

The result ensures that Ireland reach the knockout stage of the tournament with a 100% record from the pool.
